In working closely with our clients, a contemporary take on the raw character of the loft was created in this 5000 sq. ft office renovation in SoHo. High-performance mechanical and lighting systems, including European-sourced overhead wiring components retrofitted the space, detailed to retain the local character of the artist loft. The contrast created between dark horizontal surfaces and white vertical partitions is also revealed in the details of the custom millwork.
